Rhodes44,
the first restaurant
by the Michelin-starred celebrity chef Gary Rhodes opened in the St Regis Abu
Dhabi.
The
restaurant offers all-day contemporary dining venue and classic British and European
dishes. Rhodes44 also offers two private dining rooms with featuring ample
lounge space for entertaining.
Gastronomic
highlights at Rhodes
44 include Watermelon, Feta and Almond Salad; Asian-inspired Seared Sumac
and Pistachio King Prawns; and Pan-Fried Salmon with Flageolet Beans. Guests
can also choose from the “Daily
British Classic” menu that features steak-and-kidney pudding and Sticky
Toffee Pudding and Strawberry Eton Mess.
