Festival offer three listeners who will prepare and
cook their favorite picnic dishes and the yummiest dishes will be getting the Exciting
prizes. Participant need to prepare and make one item during the show between
10-12 am on Thursday 1st November 2012.
There will be three
finalists competing on the day and you will need to prepare something that can
be made within 45 mins. Cookers and utensils are available so hot food is an
option.
The winner will receive an overnight stay at Qasr Al
Sarab by Anantara, a beautiful desert retreat.
Entries has already closed but an opportunity for
visitors to meet and mingle with exhibitors, chat to farmers, producers and
suppliers first-hand and, of course, taste and buy their products, sampling and
purchasing ingredients as you go like selection of seafood,

Dairy Products etc.
